The Law Offices of Joshua N. Garick, P.C. and Leonard Law Office, P.C. have requested that Judge William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts approve a class action settlement in the case Doulamis, et al. v. The Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, Inc., et al., Civil Action No. 04-11434-WGY. The case alleged violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act, G. L. c. 149, § 148, the Massachusetts Independent Contractor Statute, G. L. c. 149, § 148B and other common law causes of action. The defendants in the case deny any wrongdoing and believe they have acted in compliance with their obligations.

If you are a member of the Class as defined by the Settlement Agreement, you should receive notice and a Claim Form in the mail. You must file a Claim Form to receive any compensation.
